While our accomplishments in custom home renovation are well-known to many, Milman’s work with commercial renovation must also not be understated. From the moment a patron walks into a business, not only do you want them to feel welcome, but leaving with the desire to return. Our company has several great commercial renovation ideas on how you can meet this goal. We have recently finished jobs on a local coffee bar as well as a restaurant in the city, both of which needed a new look.
Our Renovation Goals
The goal we wanted to reach was to have the building’s interior match the overall feel of its surrounding neighborhood. If you are the proprietor of a local establishment and would like to give your customers a fitting haven to sit and relax, don’t hesitate to give Milman a call. There is nothing we love more than helping your place of business succeed.
Over the course of our several months of renovation, these projects were overseen by our amazing commercial contractors who designed each piece with the utmost attention to detail while answering all your questions along the way.
Hours upon hours of work were put into the restaurant’s brick walls, tile flooring and smooth counter top. An amazingly tall, custom-made shelf now sits behind the bar, showing off a beautiful selection of wine. There are now comfortable seat cushions that line up along the counter for customers to sit, drink and possibly enjoy a tasty snack.
When it came to the coffee bar, we built a variety of features. The most noticeable of which may be the floor pattern containing a mix of both hexagon-shaped tiles and hardwood. The wooden area of the floor also gave room to a set of individual tables. But of course, it didn’t stop there. The business owners wanted to make their design interesting. Obviously, we couldn’t help but entertain their desire. The hexagon pattern also extends onto the interior walls as well as bar.
Our commercial contractors went to great lengths to capture the essence of a hip, modern-day coffee establishment. Customers are now able to enjoy their beverage at a wonderful, countertop overlooking the street. If your restaurant does not include this feature, we highly recommend it.
For those who believe that our commercial contractors take full control of your establishment, giving it the look that only we have in mind, you are wrong. Milman both appreciates and relies heavily on the input of our customers to make sure that their vision is properly brought to life. With new lighting and a mixed black & white paint job, the overall mood of the bar has turned to one of warmth and ease. It’s essential to the customers that this mood is in full effect. Because let’s be honest, who really wants to drink at another bland, noisy coffee house? From the moment patrons step inside to order, there is no doubt they will now be mesmerized.
